Lighter than a feather...

I already had a MicroPuff Vest and it was stellar. I was looking for something exactly the same with sleeves, and this is it. It is extremely warm without the bulk of down, and when it gets to hot it seems to wick better than down. Paired with a Patagonia hard shell there is nothing else to have - Patagonia seems to have perfected minimum weight for maximum warm. My only fear is that I will wear it too much and my other jackets will be jealous! |

For those who grew up skiing in the 80's (rear-entry boots etc.) this boot is stiffer and more responsive than any of the old DH boots with the added advantage of being light and AT compatible. It is truly an up and downhill performer and the best of both worlds. It is not dynafit compatible, so if you're going for light bindings, beware. Otherwise it is a fantastic boot and made to fit a women's last. |
