Zeal is one of my favorite optics companies. They know what they are doing. Goggles fit on my helmet nicely, are light weight, and have superb peripheral vision. These replaced my oakley a frames and I could not be happier. Right up there in quality and possibly better lenses. Never fogged up on me yet.

This jacket is wonderful. It is super lightweight and warm, which in Minneapolis, people appreciate. I bought this jacket to replace my down puffy parka for around town, which was actually too warm for me. The primaloft is less bulky than down and keeps me the perfect temperature. Hood is great and styling is subtle The only complaint I have is the non-adjustable sleeves that you cannot tighten. This jacket is great to rock the town on. Love the backcountry.com brand, so far the quality seems A1. Oh ya, the goat logo drives the girls wild!

This thing really works to deflect wind. It improved my gas mileage on a long road trip this past summer. It reduces the wind noise on the road as well. But $60!?! That might be a bit over priced for a piece of plastic.

Nice Design, but that is where it ends. I used this to bring my bike on a 1500 mile road trip. The bike rattled the entire time. When I passed a couple semi trucks, it seemed like the bike was going to rip off the rack. It is good for short distance trips to the single track, since the design allows for fast loading and unloading. But I would not recommend using this rack for long distance trips, it does not hold the bike very well. Get a fork mount rack for those trips.

Bag is of high quality materials and construction is super solid. Used for a year for bicycle commuting, day hikes, and even some skiing.Bag still looks new. Size is good, pockets where plenty, and comfort was excellent. Just too many damn straps that were always getting in the way!!! If you can get past the straps, buy this bag, it is nice.

These tires ride like butter. These tires replaced Vittoria Rubino's. Night and day difference. These tires roll smooth and corner very well. I will admit they were a little difficult to get on the wheel, but most new tires are. Pimpin' ain't easy, but these tires sure help.

Slim fitting wind-stopping outerwear with a tough feminine style. Just wore it on a fast paced walk on a 26 deg Minnesota night. I was skeptical that something so thin would keep me warm, but it did.

Sandals have a leather footbed which is very comfortable to your feet. Feels like suede. I can wear these sandals all day long without any issues. I have put in a couple of 8 hour days wearing these puppies. Craftsmanship seems to be good after one summer season of use. I recommend the brown ones, which I have.

Agree with other reviews...pedals are ok, they have held up for me, but I can tell the holding power of the clip in is getting weaker. Not sure if that is due to the spring mechanism or what. Cheap price, you get what you pay for.

..they are with these on my single speed commuter. I wanted a good platform/clip pedal for commuting without having to always use my bike shoes. Clip sticks up a bit, but not too bad for riding with street shoes. If weight is an issue, these are not for you. But if a solid around town pedal is, pick em up!

Rode these pedals for two years. Like the intention of design, but the plastic gets beat up really fast. After two years of riding, the pedals looked like my dog chewed on them...and I don't have a dog. Overall pedals functioned good, just did not care for the plastic cage around the clip. Works good if you are not too aggressive of a rider, but otherwise I Would recommend something a little more durable than a plastic housing.

Good midweight layer. I wear it underneath my fleece and shell for warmth. Was in very cold weather an stayed plenty warm skiing in CO. Wicks moisture away pretty good, BUT IT AIN'T MERINO WOOL! I compare all thermals to merino wool, so I might have a skewed opinion of polyester. Good buy for the price, but would never pay full retail for this shirt.

This watch is very nice and has a solid build. It altimeter seems to be pretty accurate. The compass is a great function to have. The display is clear and crisp. Still playing around with the barometer functions. Complaint so far is the battery life stinks. Replaced the battery twice in little over a year...it is a juice sucker. The watch seems a little pricey in comparison to others, but you are getting the Suunto brand.

These stocks are my go to everyday socks. I rock them at the trail, the office, and the pub. Smartwool, I think I love you.

I have always liked Descente ski clothing, so thought I would give cycling clothing a try. Shorts are a good fit and padded nicely. Did a 80 mile ride on them and was very pleased. Got a little chafing, but shorts are still getting broken in.

Super soft and lightweight. Not itchy at all and fits under my bicycle helmet for cold weather riding. You will not be disappointed.

I am hooked on merino wool cycling jerseys. They are super comfortable and soft. They breathe naturally, don't smell after a ride (well at least not as much as poly), and look a lot cooler. Damn, these merino wool jerseys are expensive, but I will pay more for a higher quality material that is not made by a kid in Asia.

Ibex brand is always a solid buy. Merino wool materials always perform to my liking and are super soft. A little pricey for a layer, but at least it is made in the USA and the make is high quality. Cant find much made in the USA anymore.... I wear this cold weather biking under a softshell and stay plenty warm.

I really like the design of these pedals, but they do not seem to be holding up to the abuse of mtb. Next summer, I will be my 3rd season riding them, so we will see. But have 2 seasons, the build and cleat stay seem to be diminishing. I will update as the life of the pedal moves on. Paint is flaking off the pedal and clip in is getting weak are my two complaints.

Although this jersey is pricey, this jersey is worth it. Spend the extra and get this jersey. Merino wool is perfect for all weather rides and quality is top notch.

Bought these shorts from the SAC of course. Good chamois and durability, just am not a fan of the removable liner. The liner buttons in to the shorts, which the buttons fell off after one wash. Ok, don't need to use the buttons to attach the liner, but still frustrating. For the price I paid, the removable liner is not a huge complaint, just want my fellow countrymen to know.

Bought these shades from the beloved SAC. Got them for my lovely wife. She loves the quality and the lenses, as always from Oakley. The fit is not to large and not to small. She has a medium size face. Advice: Buy these shades for you woman and she will make you dinner.

High Quality frames and lenses as expected from Oakley. Glasses are very nice and super light weight. Clarity is superb on these puppy's. If you are thinking of buying, I highly recommend this pair of aviators.

Smith Districts are very nice glasses that come with interchangeable lenses. Lenses are pretty easy to swap in and out. Good peripheral vision, stick to face, and great lenses. Be careful, lenses can scratch easily..but I am hard on glasses, so you make the call. Use them for scooting round town on bicycles and MTB. Over all, this pair is ill-bodacious.

I dig these mitts primaloft insulation and leather combination, because when they came, they fulfilled my curious imagination. I usually where a large glove, which I ordered and fit perfectly.

4 tubes for $10 + shipping? Where else can you get such a deal. No LBS around my hood. They work swell for the purpose served. Non-threaded stem is my only complaint.

Picked this noggin protector up. After 2 months of use: PROS -Well ventilated, lightweight -Easy turn knob adjustment for micro fit -Detachable visor -Very comfortable CONS -Could be a bit thinner -Colors Overall great helmet, especially for the sale price.

Got these for MTB action. They have a good platform, not to big, not to small. Lightweight, nice design, and good clipping power. Not comfortable for riding with street shoes though as the clip sticks up past pedal.
