The Arnuva Boa trail running shoes are great. These are the best running shoes i've ever owned. I weigh 220lbs and they give me the support and comfort i need. Being in the military and doing PT everyday and running on my own I put in alot of miles. It is worth spending the money to protect my back and knees. |
