I bought these boots a month ago right at the end of ski season and have taken them out twice in the Wasatch. I love how light they are! But seriously, they kill my friggin' shins when I'm skiing. Is it the liners? Would heat molding make that big of a difference comfort-wise? I don't know. I've liked them, but I can't ski all day in them because they really hurt after 4 hours of skiing.
