I was very skeptical of the design of a "women's pack", but after one weekend trip, I was sold. I usually have fatigue in my hips from the weight of my old pack, even after just a few hours. I thought this was the norm for a woman and hiking. Not the case with the Haiku pack, it is made for those of us with curves. I can honestly say I forgot I had it packed and on, it is so lightweight (with room to spare). I can't imagine going on my next trip without it.

All I can say is where has this been all my life? I love my chaco's but boy did they smell especially after a long hike! I had tried "washing" them but it just didn't work. And being that I wear these sandals on a regular basis it was becoming apparant that they needed some drastic help! After just one use of the Sandal saver, WOW everything is right in the world again. I use it in all my shoes now and will always have it around. Like I said in the beginning of this review, where has this been all my life?

I have tried just about every glove out there to keep my 8 yr old warm and dry. I had come to the conclusion that there was no glove made that was up to the challenge of keeping her warm and dry until I found these. She plays hard and can't keep her hands out of the snow and ice (what kid can!) but these gloves stayed dry and kept her warm. Thank you North Face. Her only complaint is that they aren't pink!!

Ok I let's face it glare is a given when it comes to being outdoors, right? Wrong!! Finally, a pair of glasses that keep out the glare on the sunny days yet don't make it seem like midnight on an overcast day. The color was a little more blue than I first thought, but now, you couldn't pay me for them. I like these so much I even keep them in the case. And if you knew how I treated my glasses in the past that alone would tell you they are worth getting.

I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy these for my daughter. It had always been a task to get her dressed warm enough for the outdoors in the winter without making her immobile! But with this layer, she has the warmth and the mobility. Only problem is now she stays out longer, which actually is not a problem at all!
