Stove heats water FAST (we got about 32oz of water boiling in under 12 minutes) from snow to boil (outside temp was -17f) I love the suggested method of turning the stove off, simply flip the fuel bottle over---but it is VERY awkward to actually do without causing the stove to move--make sure you take any water or food OFF the stove first. I say this because it takes about 60 seconds for the stove to go out once you flip the gas canister over. My major concern is that fuel will leak out of the connector when the stove is disconnected. I haven't yet contacted anyone about the problem because I have only recently received the stove. My initial reaction was that I was doing something wrong--but I'm not. Fuel will pour right out of the connector after you disconnect the stove if you tilt the fuel bottle over. I'll update this post if I get the fuel connector fixed... "Editor Note- a small amount of fuel will come out once the hose is disconnected. In our use only about half an ounce comes out.
