I'm a senior in high school, and carrying a lot of books is a burden. I bought the Jansport Odyssey and couldn't be happier. Its gigantic when it needs to be, but i like to carry a little and use the compression side straps and make it a lot shorter, making it easier on my back. I love all the pockets it has;its great for carrying cd players pens and pencils. Overall, its a really nice and comfortable backpack for a student. The price, I think, is worth it.
