Nuptse is Great!

In outfitting for a climb of el Pico de Orizaba, Mexico in January, I was searching for a "just-in-case" outer insulating layer. The Nuptse seemed to be the one. It was one of my best purchases, as it not only kept me going on our summit bid (as a FIFTH layer) but it also prevented my toes from freezing every night at the 14,000' base camp when I tucked it over my -5 degree mummy bag. I highly recommend it! |
