I just used this shoe to run a 5o in Michigan and when I was done my feet felt great. I loved them so much I went the next day and bought another pair just like them. I have been trail running for four years now and this is by far my favorite shoe to do it in. The run I just finished had road running, mud, water (hip deep), rocks, roots and anything else you can think of. The arnuva held up through them all!

I got these shoes on the cheap and figured they'd be good enough. They're way beyond good enough, they are great shoes: very lightweight, excellent stability, and 'John Deere' traction in muddy and/or steep terrain. I'd even buy them again for slightly more than cheap.

Initially, I was all about the BOA version of the Arnuva's, and then I realized that, well, they ate my feet when I wore low socks. I ended up getting a pair of these instead and they are SO much better! My feet are happy because they don't have that dumb dial in the back. The width, size, and cushion of them is excellent... and they are still really lightweight and have held up to distances between 3 and 9 miles on trail and on the road. The blue color is kind of girly, but isn't as bad as some choices out there. All in all, really pleased with them!

I wore these shoes for a 24 hour adventure race and thought they were very good. They drained well, the tongue stays in place, and they were durable and supportive over rugged terrain. The lacing system is unique because of the adjustable clip outside the shoe at the arch. However, there aren't that many lace holes, making it difficult to change the lacing style to improve foot stability in the shoe. This shoe has neutral stability (meaning it does not have extra support for pronators), it's lightweight, and is a great trail running shoe.

I purchased the blue tide/ spackle gray shoes. These shoes are comfortable, light weight, and supportive. However, the color is different than in the picture. They appear to look bronzy in the picture, but they are really a light blue color. Nevertheless, they are a great overall running shoe.
