My bud bought these and I lost countless hours on the mtn waiting for him to keep fixing these cheap a$$ piece of sh!t bindings. Every run some other part began to fail. Absolutely the crappiest bindings Ive seen.

Nice bindings.   03-28-09

I've been using them for a few weeks now and they are holding up good. Lots of adjustments to dial in a good fit.

just plain bad. Pivot point for the high back and screws are the same screws and they seem to be always coming undone. Save your money and get a better pair of bindings

Tech-nine Blows    03-14-09

Tech nine makes the cheapest shittiest bindings out there. On the first day out all the straps came lose, and over time the leather top starts looking pretty crappy. They have as few adjustments as possible...you would be better off buying the junior bindings from any other company

These bindings look and feel great. There are some nice on-hill adjustments you can do without the tools you would need for any other bindings. However, my toe and heel straps both came loose in no time. When everything is tight, they provide ample support and have some nice options for boot size. On each one of the ratchet straps there are rubber inserts that fall out before the end of your first day of riding. In a nutshell, you only get $40 dollars worth of binding. If you spent anything more than that...you've paid too much.

Great bindings, not top of the line though   03-02-09

For $40, you get what you pay for. Unlike the other people who bought these bindings and apparently didn't read anything about them, they are different than many of the other bindings out there. They don't require a tool for the strap screws, which means two things. One is that you can hand tighten it when you are in the middle of nowhere. And two, they can come loose. If you have a problem with this, switch out the proprietary technine hand screws for some regular phillips screws. If you are throwing 720's all day, then why are you riding $40 bindings anyways? If you aren't smart enough to check the screws every now and then, loose bindings can't be your only problem. I love the feel of these bindings, and they are much smoother than the timeless ride bindings I switched from.

Don't Buy   03-01-09

If you are the slightest bit decent at snowboarding do not buy these. When I received them in the mail I did not even attempt to put them on. They are completely made of plastic and I knew instantly that they would not be a sturdy or long-lasting binding. If you are serious or even interested in snowboarding you will have to spend at least 150 bucks on a pair. I recommend most Ride bindings, Burton (despite the cost) makes good bindings, Soloman and K2 can be decent as well.

don't even think about it!   02-28-09

I used these bindings once then the strap fell off an i lost it and it was a pain to get on my board because the plates didnt match my board then another strap fell off and the thing that you rest your leg on fell off and I have to tighten it up every time I am finished with a run. bottom line terrible.

Avoid these bindings.   02-11-09

This is the worst pair of bindings that I have ever come in contact with. I purchased them for my brother on WM, and even for $40, I feel like I wasted my money. The problems that we had with them, in a nutshell, are as follows: Everything comes loose. Nothing stays tight. When you have to re-evaluate whether or not your bindings are going to get you to the bottom of the run EVERY TIME you get off of a lift, there is a problem. I had reservations when we got them out of the box, but put them on his board anyways. I wish we had just sent them back.

IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   02-01-09
edinardo11 (1): rating
This is the worst bindings that I have ever seen. I was so hopeful when these arrived for my christmas present. But as soon as I tried to put them onto my board the base plates did match with my burton board. I could only put in 2 screws for them. I still tried to go on the mountain but the ankle strap would continually come loose because the screws would not tighten completely. This bindings succesfully ruined my christmas. Do not ever even go within 100 miles of the bindings.

These should be fine for anyone just looking to get down the mountain. I had them up at Whiteface in the Adirondacks and had no problems whatsoever. Are they the best? Probably not, but they are functional for the old guys like me.

If you are just looking for a binding to get you down a hill (i.e. not Colorado or BC) then these should be fine for you. I had them up at Whiteface in NY and they worked just fine, nothing broke or came loose. I've been riding them all season and no problems. Are they the best? Probobly not but for $40 on WM I don't think you can go wrong.

Where to Start!   12-22-08
BoardingAllDay (1): rating
I got these bindings from my brother. He bought me and my older brother a pair. We are in Utah and i just got done snowboarding for the third day of snowboarding. On the First day it was ridiculous the first run they became loose. So i assumed oh they need to break in. So i tighten them and go up again.again.again.again. Then as I'm at the top of Brighton They almost come off all the way, to the point of PEACE!. I had to go down loosely and unsafely and had to tighten them again. So i just hoped they would be fine for the next 2 days. On day 2 the very first run of the day at Park City, The strap comes off at the top of the mountain, and i couldn't even tell if i lost it. I had to go down once again loosely and unsafely. But this time, i had to go down with the bottom strap strapped really tightly. I had to get a replacement part. Ridiculous. DONT BUY!!!!!!

this bindings are better then i thought i used them once without really adjusting the highback and they were not comfortable. Once i figured out how to raise and rotate the highback like it says you can they worked great.

These bindings are alright. The heel strap becomes loose at the joints, and im not sure if the toe strap is for the front, or top of the toe. kinda cheap but they get the job done alright.

No highback rotation adjustment. So unless you like your stance set at, or close to, zero they might not be too comfortable.
