The Sessions Achilles Pants are phenominal. Warm and comfortable. Fleece down the backside for extreme warmth when you fall because we all do.

Bought these pants a few months ago off the backcountry affiliate steepandcheap.com. Look great and have all of the features you'd be looking for. Any serious snowboarder will want 2 pairs of pants, and these achilles pants make great early/late season pants (breathability - the higher the number the more you'll stay warm). You can get away with having these be your only pair if you layer.

They work just as well as a $150-200 pair of pants and you pay less than half of that. Good fit just make sure you take a look at the sizing chart before making your selection.

Awesome Pants 01-04-08

These pants are great. All I wear is a Burton base layer with these pants and I don't even notice its supposed to be cold outside. Even one day when it was -7ºF and windy. I am 6'3" and usually wear a 34x36 pant and the medium size is perfect for me. If I had gotten a large I would definitely have to wear a belt with it. I'm thinking about buying another pair in a different color.

I picked up a pair of these for a good deal as my ski pant for Whistler. Used them 28 times at W/B in and out of bounds and they served me well. I'm a 32-32 when it comes to jeans (I like my jeans to fit a little loose like most do) and I picked up the large based on the 32" inseam. Pants fit but are quite baggy (enough that I have to pull em up when I clip in). Waist is big so belt is a must. Looks damn good on the hill though. As far as waterproofing, I had no complaints through the year. They were never cold, never hot and the crotchzips + extra pockets are key. I also leave my pass safely inside them since there's a built in clip that keeps it form slipping out my pocket. I have NO need for anything but a pair of Goretex bib pants now.
