This jacket is great! Freedom fit is on the larger size so comfortable, loose and stylish. I've actually gotton compliments on the mountain....bizzare I thought, lol. Only complaints I have are Special Blend's zipper tassels suck this year and by my own mistake I thought this jacket had pit-zips.

I just got the Saffron - yellow color. I am totally impressed by how bright it is. Great for filming and getting noticed. The jacket itself is a great shell. Could possibly be a bit more waterproof but overall, no complaints. Like the way the pockets zip down and then have a button to keep them closed. Powder skirt rocks. Ride it a size big and you'll ride better.

This jacket is off the chain. Never bought a SB jacket, plenty of pants, but never a jacket. The colors are rocking and it is super waterproof and breathable. Rocks my socks and is easily worth more then this sweet price of 150. Couple of my friends bought this after they peeped the strategy of mine. So dont be a beater and get something generic, get the real deal and drop it like its hot.

i have the yellow one and lets say people can locate me wherever i am. it gives you style and did i mention that its really warm.. i like this over most burton jackets

This is a great jacket. It's just a shell, but it is surprisingly warm and very comportable. It definitely lives up to the name beacon, as far as color is concerned, but that's half of what I love about it. If you're looking for a nice, all-weather jacket, I would recommend the beacon. The only cons in my book are that the hood wraps around pretty far into your face(maybe I have a small head) and one of the buttons broke. (it wasn't an important button but still.)
