Great Helmet 12-30-08

I used my helmet for the first time this week in Germany on the alps and it was absolutely amazing. I have never worn a helmet before and I've been snowboarding for 19 years, and I am really impressed. This helmet is light and comfortable, and it is easy to regulate the temperature of your head with the moving vents. And for the first time in 19 years I had a collision on the slope with a skier, and as her ski pole smacked me accross my mouth, spliting my lip in 5 different places, my head bounced of the hard packed snow and I didn't feel a thing.

This is my first helmet that i've ever owned and I love it. When I first put it on I didn't think it would keep my head warm but to my surprise it did a great job at warming my head. And yet it doesn't get too hot on warm days. It actually doesn't make sense to me because no matter what the temperature this helmet is never too hot or too cold. It is really comfortable and it feels SO GOOD when you smack your head and your laying on the ground thinking "MAN it was a smart idea to wear a helmet".

light weight, looks cool, good ventilation, inside padding was a little cheap but was able to cut some of the extra padding they give you and make it perfect fit. all in all good helmet would recommend it to anyone.

Seems a pretty good helmet. Only drawback is that the ear pads are fiddly to put on and take off.

Its comfortable, looks sick, and protects you well too. I can honestly say it has saved my life before. Even today, i slammed my head off the ground off of a bad jump in the park. Its just a great helmet

A lot of hair will make for a tight fit. What is nice is that this helmet is adjustable. You can make it snugger on your noggin with the internal harness. The plastic harness inside the helmet is a bit uncomfortable on you ears. I usually wear a balaclava under the helmet to make it comfortable. Other than the plastic inner harness it is a nice helmet. The air vents actually work.

so the new stuff in the park looked... well kinda scary. so I picked up one of these. not before trying on EVERY helmet to see which one looked best on my head. I have a way small head (girl) but needed this in a medium. the straps dont rub, warm but i never have been too hot. my goggles fit around, but are stretched. i could not figure out how to get the goggle gasket to work. the ears come in and out easy, quick to adjust. and i think it makes me ride better, cause who cares if that 5 foot high metal rail wacks a chunk outta my helmet. I wish I had not been to dumb to get a helmet sooner. now i am waiting on the butt helmet...
