| So I have an older Mountain Hardware vest and was a little skeptical when the little lady surprised me with one of these. The Patagonia down sweater vest had half the bulk and twice the warmth of the old vest. This vest is easily packable and I take/use it everywhere. Great under the hard shell on the super cold days at the mountain, and packs easily in the dry bag for spring/fall river trips. |

| I put it on once and I haven't left home without it since. My size small is a perfect mid layer fit. I would use the internal stuff pocket more but I'm always wearing it. I dread loosing this thing. It's hard to find on sale, and like most Patagocci its pricey; but I certainly think this vest is well worth the expense. |

| This down vest is perfect. It keeps your core warm on those 5-30 degree days on the slopes. Save the down sweater for the colder days. They are both worth having!! |

| I bought my husband this for xmas after he got it for me last year....it is so warm and the fact that you can scrunch it down into the inside zipper pocket is awesome - fits in a pack so well!!! It also looks nice...my husband likes to wear it everyday so on weekdays to work he wears it with his shirt, tie, and khaki's!!! |

| My husband has been wearing this vest under a jacket while he works outside in the cold and snow in North Carolina. He absolutely loves the warmth and flexibility it gives! A ski instructor at Breckenridge recommended the vest to us as he was wearing it under his jacket. |

| If you're the type that likes to wear the vest, buy this. Patagonia put out a great piece of gear with this one! The vest has a good fit (not baggy) and is extremely warm. Great item to keep in your pack for a go to layer for extra warmth. Packs small, super light weight, and warm. Great vest...buy it. |

| This is a perfect 'pack-always' gear item. It packs small, insulates well, layers well and is completely unnoticed in your gear until you need to pull it out. An integrated stuff sack makes it super easy to pack and I literally take it on every trip I go on, all 4 seasons.
Oh, and it's stylish. Shocking, I know. |

| not too puffy. Bought this more for casual wear but wouldn't hesitate to wear it for tecnical stuff. nice and light. I had it at four stars but now that I have owned it for 6 months or so I bumped it up to a 5. |
