these are really cute and a great plum color. i've only just received them and tried them on - so i can't say anything about the buttons falling off (but i will be reinforcing mine based on what everyone else said). i got a size 12 which is just about right for me as i usually wear either a 10 or a 12 long. they are comfortably loose and a good length for me. i was thinking all those pockets down the side might emphasize the hips ("hippy" but not in a good way) but the material is lightweight enough that this isn't the case. they're keepers!

Good pant, loose buttons   06-30-08

I loved the pants, they were perfect in Peru and Ecuador, but like the other reviewer, the buttons were not sewn on well and I lost several. As they are unique buttons, they will all have to be replaced. Just make sure you reinforce them when you get the pants. Wish they had more colors.

the pants are really cute, and since oakley clothes tend to run large i got one size smaller than usual. these, unfortunately are slim and long, so i returned them for a pair one size larger,which fit, but these are even longer...
