the watch is great. i got the olive one and it came in a super nice case as you would expect from a watch that retails for $400. i never liked leather bands cuz i tend to sweat a lot and i don't like the stickiness, but this leather is pretty smooth. looks a lot better in person too. the leather piece underneith the watch can be removed as well, if preferred(personally i think that that's the beauty of the watch). the strap also has a lot of holes for fine size adjustments. you won't be forced to wear is too small nor too big. it also glows in the dark.

Got the Stealth Black dial w/black band. Have 4 pairs Oakley eyeglasses so this was an easy choice. Getting lots of compliments. Only warning is DO NOT wear this if you have a day were you sweat a lot. Made that mistake helping a friend move and the band got RANK! So far saddle soap got it smelling back to normal. My bad, should've taken it off. Other than that, great kickin' it watch.
