I used this jacket in the Andes in the morning and at night. I was very comfortable, no need for extra layer. I am very happy with this jacket.

This is my go-to jacket. Paired with a vest and/or a rain outer shell, it gets me through South Carolina winters. It really does a great job of stopping wind. Wish it gave me the ability to light up my but at night.

RUNS SMALL! 02-02-09

I'm petite 110 lbs and 5' 2" and I bought a regular size small and it's so uncomfortably tight in the the shoulders and boobs its going back. It does have drawcord pulls/cordlocks inside the pockets which is a nice feature but the melted pull cord ends are rough on the hands. The handwarmer pockets could be bigger too. I'm still thinking on trying a medium

I live in a very windy city and needed a windproof jacket for winter. My chest and arms stay warm when wearing this jacket. The green color is a little more lime green then the picture, I was hoping for a darker green.
