| I have the blue and definitely like it a lot. people ask me where i got it all the time. I basically lived in it for the first week I owned it and considered buying the green as well. My only complaint is that the sleeves are sort of short so the thumb loops do not work that well. However, i might just have long arms. |

| The jacket is cute, comfortable and fits true to size. However, the green is much deeper and brighter than it seems in the picture. I felt like Kermit the Frog wearing it. I like the jacket, but not the color. I think I'll try the dark blue instead! |

| at first, I was unsure about this jacket. I'll admit it. But I needed a fleece to layer under my hardshell, and this one was in the price range. I pulled the trigger, and I'm glad I did. It's a lot warmer than I thought it would be. I wouldn't wear it on its own in a windstorm, but it's excellent for layering. Good heat retention, and I haven't had a problem with overheating or moisture. I've also worn it as a cardigan during cold days at the office and got compliments on how cute it is. That's a definite plus.
The sleeves are a fine length for me; I'm only 5'2", but I have average-length arms. I can use the thumb loops easily. I love the way they keep my wrists extra-warm when I shove them into gloves. I also love how they keep this jacket's sleeves from bunching up inside my hardshell. |

| I bought the Green Tea, which is actually a much deeper green than I thought it would be ... at first, I felt like a muppet when I put it on, but now? I'm hooked. It is soft, it is warm, it is cozy. I still think I resemble a very chic, green cookie monster, but it's truly one of my favorite jackets! |

| Love this little jacket- it's lightweight, warm, and incredibly soft. The thumb loops aren't really functional for me (my arms are too long!) but everything else fits great. True to size- I'm 5'8", 130, and got a Medium. Very happy with this jacket! |

| I got this one as a gift for my girlfriend, and now it's as if it turned into an amex card (she never leaves home without it). It's sleeker than the monkey man jacket, and less likely (I think) to pick up random dirt and junk. As for warmth, I think that under a shell, the monkey man jacket is a little warmer, but as an outer layer, I think the radiant jacket is a touch better at shedding wind. |

| Bought black in small. First, I was thinking it was micro-fleece material, but it is more like shaggy fur instead. Soft, but not like fleece. The black is BLACK, even in the light or at different angles it is black, not gray as the photo suggests. I was hoping it was would be gray-black. It is very stylish. I usually wear a small in marmot gear, I'm 5'6 125, with a slender frame, but this is pretty tight. A thin long sleeve shirt underneath is almost too thick and the sleeves get bunched up. Also the thumbholes is definitely a no way. It would be extremely uncomfortable to use them. I usually have no problem with thumbholes in other garments. I would recommend a size up. I am still deciding if I want to exchange it for a medium or try a different jacket all together. |

| So this is definitely a different looking fleece material. It is kind of carpet-like with a hint of shine. I happen to like this look when paired with the fitted cut of the jacket. If you are not a fan of fitted, furry jackets then don't buy it. This jacket also happens to be very warm and stylish, although I probably will never use it as a technical piece. As a side note, it does run a bit small, similar to other marmot fleeces and softshells. If you are at the upper end of a size, definitely order a size bigger. |

| I bought this in a small and it was too fitted and the fleece was 'shiny'. I felt I should be wearing a matching fur headband with it. Also the collar was not tall enough to keep my neck warm. It wasn't the look I was going for so returned it and bought the Marmot Flair Hooded Fleece Jacket. |

| I got this fleece purposely to layer under my Marmot Wasatch Technical Shell.
PERFECTION! I ski downhill two days a week no matter what, and snowshoe, and hike, and ski nordic too. People are always telling me how good I look and asking about my jacket. What's especially cool is that I hang out with a lot of snowboarders (my daughter competes freestyle) and they compliment me too! I have no problem with goodlooking 20yo snowboarders petting my fleece. As far as size goes, I think the Large runs a little big, which makes it easy to put over a light layer.

| I am 5'11" and bought this for the long sleeves. I can't use the thumb loops (but I didn't expect to) but the sleeves are long enough for me. I love the jacket - it is soft and warm (not wind resistant but easy to put a wind breaker over). It doesn't shed or collect dog hair. |

| I've been eyeing this for a while and after it snowed last week, I figured what the heck. I'm still torn about the sizing. I'm normally a large and it feels slightly tight along the chest, kind of making me think XL, but that rarely works out with jackets. But the length is great, hitting past the hip and the shoulders and sleeve length are right on, which is key. Seems warm for mild nights and the Faded Blue is a rad color but I have blue fuzzies all over my black tank top. |

| This fleece is my new favorite! It has awesome thumb loops and fits great - athletic but not too tapered. The sleeve length is perfect, it's totally warm even in windy conditions. I throw it on more than any of my other jackets, works great if you need a layer under an outer shell too. It's comfy, soft, and gets a lot of compliments. |

| Too fitted? Too cute? What is she talking about? The butch would probably feel more at home in a Large Carhartt. The Radiant has kept me warm on the coldest of days and is cut fitted for a woman. But be honest with yourself. If your waist curves out and not in, maybe a womans fitted is not for you. Don't forget,Marmot has a wonderful mens line as well. Might save some $ and share a jacket with your hubby. :) |

| where do i start, runs small so order up a size,doesnt look as good as picture the first one i recieved the stiching was black not gray like picture and it is very thin save your time and buy monkey from hardwear much better for the money ,would not recommened and im a marmot fan |
