| Great shoe, light, grippy soles good for the downhills, except when they are small and bruise your toes. I own another model of LaSportiva so ordered the same size but as indicated it does run smaller than others even of the same brand. Exchange was prompt and easy even though I had had them awhile trying to convince myself they were ok. Great service Backcountry! |

| These are pretty nice. I went for a long, steep hike in Yosemite and they kept my feet pretty comfortable. They seem to run a little small though. Also, someone told me I looked like the ultimate Lakers fan because these shoes are very yellow and purple. But yeah... good sneaks. |

| fun, light, great shoes.... but about a half size too small... i noticed some had reported this, but i have worn the same size for so long i went ahead and ordered it...alas, i have to try again... but i will because they are so light and feel so good on my foot (only my big toe was complaining). order them... but try a size larger! |

| These are all around great shoes for the trails or gym. I have small feet (4-5 US depending on the brand) and trouble finding shoes, the size 36 fits at the heel, as well as the length for smaller feet. Besides they are lightweight and look good. |

| These shoes are the jam, they kill it. They are the minimalist and they make you look good. They are lightweight and supportive. la sportiva knows what they are doing and you cant really go wrong with the slingshot, whether you are hightailing it up slippery ridge line, running on a trail, walking on the treadmill, these shoes win over all others hands down. I've had salomons, newbalance, north face, montrail (makes a great runner up) etc etc and none of them compare. |

| I loved the feel of the Slingshot Running Shoe. It is lightweight and has medium padding. The heel cup keeps the back of the foot in place just right; no up and down or rubbing. Just order a FULL size up. I usually wear a 37, so I ordered a 37.5. Should've tried the 38. |

| I usually run indoors on a treadmill, and they worked great indoors, as well as out! They are superlight, and have medium padding, just enough. At first I had ordered the Vasque Velocity GTX trail running shoes which would be excellent for the outdoors, but I found that these were my perfect pair! |

| I was not sure about these shoes when I first saw them online, but I needed a basic and lightweight pair of runners. I have had them for about a week and I am in love with them. They provide a lot of stability and a secure fit in the heel. The upper feels like a slipper and the sticky rubber sole provides a lot of traction.
I would not use them for running on rocky trails. There is no protection against stubbing your toes and there is minimal cushion under the ball of your foot.
Also, the purple and yellow is very hard to match with anything. Go for the other color... unless you just happen to have a lot of yellow and purple in your wardrobe. |
