| I just recently got this pair to replace last years S model, the cinch wire snapped. They don't look as cool as last years model though :( This binding is the best of both worlds with a cinch back and boot straps, and they are well balanced. AND! The quality & convenience is worth the cost. The materials are not cheap or shabby. A very solid binding. You won't be disappointed with this investment. I had a little bit of an issue with the cinch wire being too tight to close, but with a some adjusting they work AWESOME!
In the time everyone else is still strapping in, you can be flying down the mountain!;) I HIGHLY recommend them:) |

| K2 Cinch versus Flow 03-28-07 |

| I've tried both the K2 Cinch and the Flow bindings. I definitely like the Cinch better than the Flow. I find the Flow difficult to open. The ice gets caught in the mechanism and it's hard to open with the thumb alone. With the K2, you slide your index finger and pull the binding shut or open with much more ease because of the design of the mechanism. I've had cursing sessions with the Flow bindings trying to get in and out.
Also, the K2 gives you the possibility to hold the boot around the toe like Burton bindings but they are so much easier to get in and out. I find it quite easy to close my bindings on the chair lift and I'm instantly ready to go when I reach the top. |

| The easiest binding since clicker, but much more compatible with all boots. I an ride a regular comfy boot and still have the ease of stepping in. I have been in the backcountry when it's hard to step in and all I had to do was use the straps normally and strap in with no problems, very user friendly. |

| My old Flows keep breaking so I thought I'd try these K2's. They are good but I still prefer the Flow's. I have 9 days so far this year strapped in the K2 Cinch, so I think I have given them an honest chance and can compare both units. The bad: constantly adjusting the bindings, not enough forward lean adjustment available, hard to snap the back with front straps tightened. The good: my old Flow's will be repaired and returned in 2 weeks. |

| Let me explain my title. I researched this binding and heard many great things about it. See, I'm a newbie at snowboarding and I wanted something easy to use. I'm 215lbs and didn't want to sit down every time to strap in. So I got these rear entry bindings. Great for 2 days! Then I noticed that the plastic housing that guides the cable was cracking on the left side and the nylon strap holding the cable in place on the right was tearing. This after only 2 days of riding on the GREEN SLOPES! If K2 can remedy this problem, this could be a real sweet binding! I'm glad I caught these problems before they gave out on me on the slopes. The sad thing was they felt real good, were responsive, and were a breeze to use. Oh well. |

| Been riding these for about 3 weeks now, and i'm starting to really like them. The first day i was cursing up a storm at them, though. The first time or 2 you take these out, they'll need readjusting every other run or so. But they settled down for me on the 3rd day. Solid construction, easy to use (after you get them broken in), very responsive, and more stance options than i've seen on other bindings, too. On the downside, they are a bit heavier than normal bindings, and i can't figure out how to adjust the highback. One more thing to note, if you wear a size 11 boot, you might try the Large instead of the XL. Size 11 can go either way, so i went w/ XL, but i think i would have been better off w/ the L's. |

| I have ridden these now for 4 months and I can safely say these suck. I also own the Flows Which I have used for 2 seasons and I love them. The Flows feel 10 times better once you dial them in. There are a few things I like about the cinch. I can take my boot out on the trail and put them on sitting down. If I get new boots it doesn't take as long to adjust the bindings, and if I want them tighter it takes seconds. The Flows however are much better, they feel better, it's easier to get them on and off anywhere but in the middle of the slope, they have locks so they will not change settings, no toe strap that has one side to get stuck on toe setting, better material, easier to adjust once you get used to them, covers for everything, and CHEAPER. Take my advice pay more for CTX or go buy Flow |

| Ok, if your flows are breaking then I would say get a new pair flite five or better will give you bindings that will actually last and are pretty slick. Now the cinch bindings came. Also the ice thing with the flows and hardness to get in once you get you settings down they are amazing yes you will be frustrated if you dont get your settings marked and set for your fit. Ok now the cinch this is literaly one of the worst bindings, I loved the flows so I thought I would try it, me and 4 other guys got them this season and ended up shipping them back after our first trip. I ride hard and so need a binding that will let me jib and hit the park the way I do. I went to do a butter on a s rail and the binding broke and I went flying this binding no matter how cool it looks it is just crap. I usually never nock any thing other people buy or other snowboard brands, I mean k2 is a good company but this is just a good ideah gone wrong |

| these bindings are very nice and go perfectly with the Raider BOA boots, but looks arent everything. for the price, yeah these are terrific bindings. easy to unstrap and put on. snow doesnt get caught in the bindings at all. but the highbacks is what im worried about. the first day with these i was riding and the left binding highback came undone. and i was just like wtf. the rest of the day was fine, but im just worried it'll happen again if i keep riding these. so far though, they are good other than that. very durable. people say the wires in the bindings sometimes snap, but i havent noticed that yet. great starter bindings |
