| I've had this helmet for years. went through a year of racing, did one awesome job protecting my head from those slalom gates as well as the wonderful 'ice' we skied on. venting system works like a charm. vents are actually sculpted to help suck in air, which is always a plus on those 30 degree days. come spring, pop of the ear pads, take out the plugs and open the vents, and it'll barely feel like you're wearing anything at all. REALLY COMFY, why ever wear a beanie when you can protect your skull from the hidden rocks and trees whizzing past you? |

| Great helmet for snowboarding! 02-19-08 |

| I bought this helmet before heading to Breckenridge, CO for four days of snowboarding. It kept my head and ears toasy warm in single-digit temperatures with 30 mph gusts of wind. I did not have to wear anything else under the helmet and it was comfortable enough that I forgot I was wearing it at all. It protected my head through numerous falls (including an unintentional double cartwheel). It also saved my noggin when my dad hit me in the head with his skis. I would highly recommend this helmet for its warmth and comfort. |

| This is a steal of a deal, one of the best values I've found on the helmet market. The helmet has a great fit and is super warm. I have yet to be disappointed by any Giro products. The vents and ear flaps are great features. These are the softest and most comfortable ear flaps yet. I'm impressed with the design of the vents and the option to open and close them (quite an upgrade from the vents you had to plug). I'm a little worried about the vent closure, it seems a little cheap and feels easy to break, especially since being out in the cold tends to make things more brittle. Again, excellent value. |

| THE most comfortable helmet, period. 10-05-08 |

| Incredibly light, and very comfortable. Has an adjustment in the back that makes the helmet fit like a glove, with no pressure points. Go figure - a helmet that actually fits and doesn't slop around. and i have a very small head and have had a terrible time for years and years finding a helmet that really really fits. the adjustment on this one makes that happen. Has great vents that you can open and close easily. The ear flaps are incredibly warm and hug your ears so that the cold won't get in. I paired the helmet with the smith anthem goggles and the fit is seamless. It is a great helmet. |

| I bought this to replace my eight year old Giro Flint helmet. I find that I have a head that will only fit into Giro ski and bike helmets (I have tried to fit into other brands with out luck). This helmet has superb venting and the fit has been greatly improved with the addition of the micro-adjust dial that sits under the occipital part of your skull. Also fits perfect with my Oakley A frame goggles. |

| I ordered the gunmetal Fuse from tramdock.com, an outlet subsidiary of backcountry. Even though the description says it has the micro-adjust dial (fit adjustment), and the picture showed the red Fuse with the dial, but the gunmetal one I receive did not have it.
It seems to me the fit is just a little bit tighter than G10. |

| Cosy and Comfortable. Lady in the ski shop at Falls Creek (Victoria, Australia) wanted to know where i had bought it because it actually looked good. Price was much better than i could buy locally. Liked it so much I bought a second one for my husband. |

| Wore it all of last season in Tahoe. Not one issue and looks as cool as a guy in a helmet can look. |

| Ordered late summer so have not used it skiing yet. Nice helmet but it was an earlier model without the rear dial adjustment and it fits a little tight. |

| I ordered this helmet and apparently the stock numbers were wrong but the third attempt to get it (they paid for all the costs) was a winner. Love the helmet, it fits great and looks great. I have a few sets of goggles and it fits very well with them all, not pushing in any areas and keeping a reasonable seal on my forehead from the cold air. |

| Nice helmet, but too much movement 04-02-08 |

| Got a medium Giro Omen, sent it back because there was too much lateral movement. Small didn't fit at all.
Thought the Fuse might be a tighter fit but it wasn't, still too much movement.
Giro's fit well if your head is nice and round... mine's probably a bit narrow and long, needs more padding on the sides. |
