| Warm but comes apart 10-02-09 |

| I picked up these socks because it's hard to beat the price when on Tramdock.com. Six bucks for ski socks is an awesome deal. I picked up three pairs and used them for a season. two of the six socks are coming apart at the heal and toe so I went from three pairs to two, but my feel were warm for the entire CO ski season so no biggie. They are just socks after all. |

| Good socks. I have a pretty beat up pair, and needed new ones. Found them here on Backcountry for cheap. So I bought two pair and now I can get back on the mountian without fear of the cold. |

| I bought three pair of these socks to replace a few older pair of a different brand. They were tested in two unique conditions, a single digit weekend in Vermont and a a week in Tahoe with varying conditions. They performed perfectly in both places.
They actually performed so well that I hadn't given them a second thought. A few weeks after those trips I was discussing ski socks with someone and they asked what I used. It suddenly dawned on me that my feet were so cozy and comfortable during those trips that I didn't think about my socks. That's a sure sign they worked extremely well. Came home with little boot bang and great memories. Thanks Bridgedale! |

| My feet didn't get sweaty or cold while using them for the first time yesterday. Temps were 22 base 10 summit. I ride with Burton boots.
Not sure if they are not meant to work well with snowboarding boots but they were uncomfortable against my skin. At the top of my foot in the ankle area turned red & slightly raw on both feet. Taking a shower that night was a little painful with water hitting those areas.
Maybe my boots were too tight or maybe it was the material but wasn't to happy with the slight pain I had afterward. I never experienced this with my other thicker socks & boots combo.
I could feel some discomfort during the day and thought maybe the sock or pant liner was bunched up under my boot. When I checked everything looked fine and the socks were pulled up all the way. It could not be the socks fault but I am not sure what to blame for this. |

| I own Bridgedale socks for hiking and mountaineering, so when I saw these on Chainlove I decided to give them a try. They are thinner than most of the ski socks I own so I haven't used them for down hill but they are perfect for cross-country. |

| I got two pairs of these socks this winter and was not that impressed with them. The are super light weight and are not for those really cold days. |

I picked these up because they were on S&C for a killer price, they are warm even though they are thin mmmm merino wool! very comfy were em all day before and after riding. | I ordered 3 of these because of the good reviews here. Two came in as "Men's" socks and one came in as "Women's" (on the package) even though they are the exact same sock. Also, they are a little thinner than most midweight socks from other vendors. But the main reason for the low rating was because I think they are made wrong. Ski socks always have the thicker padding portion of the upper sock over the shin for leaning over the ski boot tongue. These we're made thicker over the calf for some odd reason and they're thinner over the shin. They were made wrong. I have other Bridgedale's and they are thicker over the shin. |

| Not to thin, not to thick. Borrowed a pair from a buddy and rode with them yesterday. They are awesome! I am definitely ordering some. My feet stayed warm and dry all day in windy Breckenridge. No slip in my Boa boots! Great sock and I was skeptical! |

| Just got them and apparently they are supposed to be one of the best for snow conditions.
My toes always get cold so hopefully these will do the trick.
However, they do feel warm in the house. |

| I really like how warm and comfortable this sock is, but I didn't realize that the sock would go up to the bottom my knee, apparently a sock that is described as a calf high sock means that it covers the entire calf. Who knew? But it keeps my feet warm and my wallet light. |
