They were incredibly waterproof and kept my hands warm even in temps around 5 degrees for the day. Went back country skiing and they were great for the whole day. A tight fit so no room for glove liners but it didn't matter.
had these gloves on a cat skiing trip sitting next to me, my camel pak leaked all over them soaking them, but inside thet were dry as a bone. need i say more.
First off, theres no actual leather in the gloves. They also run a little small which isn't bad or good because all brands have different sizes. I was just up boarding in a blizzard and these gloves impressed me. Although, if I stopped my fingers got numb pretty fast. But if you're a decent rider (meaning you can carve) you'll stay warm despite their thin appearance. Good buy, especially for california boarding.
