| I'm actually wearing them right now! They have kind of a shiny finish so they dress up really easily if you need to. They're kind of hot though for Texas fall weather. (the lining is like a thin fleece type material) Not quite what I expected, but unusual can be good..
Also I am 6 feet tall and thin and I had to order just the regular length because the longs were just too long. (that never happens to me) |

| Nice Pants - Weird Fit and Length 11-04-07 |

| I ordered these pants and am returning them for two reasons. The first is that the size 6 ran small. The other problem was the length - I am 5'5" and these were way too long to wear with flat travel shoes or hiking books. I didn't want to pay the expense of having them hemmed. Otherwise, I like the fabric and the soft feel of the inside. |

| I'm 5'8 but these are too long. These pants in black had a 33" inseam... but they are still great for travel! |

| I usually wear a long length pant and the inseam appeared to be 36" rather than 34". It also came out of the wash a lot more wrinkled than I expected, so I ended up returning this item. |

| These pants kept me warm during our cold fall and winter this last year. The fleece lining is a wonderful addition to pants that are great for dressing in for work! Though they can get pretty warm inside! Just remember to NOT use fabric softener! |

| After reading the reviews I ordered a short (i'm 5'4 1/2'', and I definitely needed the short. I own other columbia pants in 8 that are a little loose, but these 8s were quite huge. I returned them for a 6, which I am keeping, but I could probably get away with a 4.
They look nice, which makes them great for traveling as I don't have to pack anything else in case I have to dress up somewhere. I could even wear them to work (in a hospital). |

| THE BEST EVER! 01-09-08 |

| Just came back from 2 weeks in India and wore them every day! LOVE, LOVE them! They were super comfortable in 10C and 30C degree weather. Dressed up really well for dinner and looked casual for day tripping. Super lightweight and resistant. Takes no space in backpack. Yes it has that funny thin fleece lining but I think that's to prevent static and absorb moisture. Didn't mind it - its actually super soft. I'm 5'10" and the regular 32" length is long enough - the 34' long version would've been way too long. I am buying 2 more in different colors. |
