| I recently got this knife, and boy was that a good choice. While the blade isn't the longest that CRKT offers at an average 3.5", using the thumbstud to flip it open or just holding it in your hand, you know that this knife is an absolute beast. Like a previous reviewer stated the knife's grippy handle feels like it will wear a hole in your pocket, that's how tacky it is. This is not really an EDC (EveryDay Carry) knife, but if you appreciate beefy, aesthetically pleasing knives this is the one for you. Also take note that the picture here makes the handle look black when it is actually green. |

| Best Folder Ever 04-14-09 |

| CRKT nailed it when they made the heavy duty Triumph folder. CRKT make the ebst knife for your money. They use technology and blade strength found in knives that cost well over $200. This thing came sharpe as can be right out of the box. The handle of the blade allows the "in hand" feel your looking for. The grip on the handle is out of this world, when dry or wet this grip will stick in your hand! The combo blade is great fro all situations in the field. if your serious about teh knife you carry with you- get a Triumph.

| I bought this knife for my little bro's 18th birthday and I can tell you he hasn't put it down. It was hard handing it over to him as I did find it to be a pretty cool and very solid feeling knife. The handle is not very thick which is great because my brother and I both have smaller sized hands, but the handle is VERY grippy. Almost so grippy that it may wear a hole in your pants, but a quality that would be good if using in wet conditions. The blade is quite wide (I guess I should expect that from a tanto blade) and also seems very solid, especially with the autolawks system. The outburst assist is a definite plus and the Verff serrations are the icing on the cake. Overall, a very quality knife from CRKT and one that I believe will last my brother and I many backpacking adventures.... unless he loses it... |

| I'm a fire fighter and I carry this knife at work. It's great! extremely well built and an all around beef of a knife. the false tip is really handy and the veff serrates are excellent. It is extremely heavy in the pocket though. The grip is very sticky... so much that it almost hurts my hand it reach past it in my pocket. Overall it's an excellent knife but don't expect to carry this everyday |

| This is a solid tool to have in your arsenal.
First of all, the locking mechanism is second to none. If you're like me, when you use other knives, you've always been kind of wary because you never know - the blade just might snap shut on you and slice halfway through your finger. Kind of the same feeling as looking behind you when you pull away from the gas station, just to make sure you're not driving away with the nozzle still attached to your car. ...even though you KNOW you already put it back.
So, for paranoid and normal folks alike, this is a great buy. I've had it for about 6 months now and used it for everything from cutting tomatoes to starting fires.

| The important thing to know about this knife is that the handle really will destroy any cloth it comes in contact with. I just got it and i'm going to send it back. The blade is amazing, the locking mechanism is lightning fast and solid, but there's no way I can put this in my pocket. |

| This is a very sturdy, well-made knife. One-hand opening is very quick and easy. The blade is sharp out of the box, and thick enough to cut anything you would want to. What really sets this knife apart is the grip. It is a hard, ridged/textured plastic that provides probably the best grip of any knife I have seen. This could be very important if you are in a situation when your hand is wet while doing some serious cutting. The handle design also significantly improves grip. If you need a beefy, heavy-duty knife that won't slip out of your hand, this is probably the one. |
