i spent a long time looking for a winter jacket, and i thought this was the one. Everyone says its so warm, its so cool... When i got it , i liked it it looks cool and all, but its not thick enough. Yes, it will keep you warm, until you get into 19 degrees farenheit and below. it took me a while to realize that it actually does have a custom ipod pocket, all the way at the bottom of the jacket. At first, i thought that this other tiny pouch was for ipods. Anyway, get this jacket if you will wear 2 or 3 other layers under it.

Decent quality jacket. Got it 50% off so I can't complain. Lots of Pockets, stylish. May not be for the colder days, but definetly a good jacket for the more moderate temperature.

An excellent 3-season jacket   03-13-08

With 2 outer chest pockets, a goggle/iPod pocket I only found with the help of a friend, a transparent pass pocket, a right shoulder pocket, and two standard pockets for putting your hands in- there is plenty of storage. There is also a small headphone pocket inside. The hood is large and permanently attached, though not quite large enough to fit over my large helmet. As for performance, this jacket has kept me dry in mixed conditions. Slightly better than a basic shell with its thin microfleece lining. Sense of warmth is subjective, but I was pretty comfortable with a 1st and mid layer in temps from 0F(-18C) to 40F(5C). All in all, after heavy testing in Burton's own Green Mountain State, this jacket is an excellent 3-season cover at the lower end of the Burton price range with no sacrifice of quality.

I love this jacket, if your going out and it's under 10-15 degrees I recommend an under T-shirt and a warmer sweathirt too. Riding up lifts cools you down a little. The jacket looks super sweet!

Although the jacket is thin it is very warm and breathable. However the pockets are small, and it doesn't have many inside pockets to store things like keys, cell phone and iPod. These pockets are there but are really small.

Cool jacket in the picture ehh! This coat is poor quality. I was lookin' for somethin' low maintenance. For the price this jacket and pants wouldn't last one session in the park. Features...none...who needs a spot for their ipod anyway. Sent it back. U can do better. Made in China and looks like it. Not what I expected from burton or Shaun. Jacket $50.00/ Pants $65.00..Maybe
