| This is a really comfy bag that packs down quite small a opposed to its sisters in the same degree range. I'm really pleasantly surprised at how small and warm it is.
I wouldn't use it to camp in below 32º weather without a liner, but in SoCal there aren't a lot of opportunities to anyhow. I recommend this bag, it's a lotta bang for the buck. The only slight down side is it a little heavy, but that's what you get for synthetic anyway. It's certainly the lightest of the ALPS series 20 Fº bags! |

| I'm 6'2 190 and the Long has a couple extra inches in there for me. Fits great. The temp rating is pretty true but I would agree with the other review that a liner is the way to go if your really gonna go down to 20. The sizing of this thing is the serious plus. It says 7x13, but you can get it down to about the size of an oblong soccer ball. It fits horizontally on the bottom of my pack (REI Pinnacle 40L) which is a huge advantage because i dont have to use all that space having it standing up. And to top it off, I grabbed it on SAC for $47. Great bag, great price. Definitely recommend it for those that aren't really cuttin weight or in dire need of a super high end bag |

| First impression? "Wow, this is really light." Second impression? "Damn I'm pretty warm." I recently used this bag on an overnight trip and was pleased with how light the bag was and how well it compressed. As others have alluded, I'm not sure it rates down to 20-degrees, but I was more than comfortable with temperatures just below freezing for more than a few hours. The bag has a nice snug fit that helps keep the majority of the heat very close to your body. Even with some running water that seeped into the tent, the Slickrock did a great job remaining dry. Right now, I can only rate this as 4 stars, but I suspect that over time, this bag will stand tried and true to the Alps name. |

| Very nice & comfy bag for the price. I was plenty warm in the 40 degree weather I slept in, but can definitly see where 20s would be a bit cold for it. |

| I thought about giving it a 5 based on price alone. This bag is ultra light, but I think you lose a little warmth with that. So that is a factor you need to think of. I have had no issues with rips and the compression sack is awesome. |
