| I bought this product when I first got into cycling, and I didn't realize how well it worked until I ran out of it and had to switch to Gatorade. I do not get as sore afterwards, I recover faster, and I've never seized up or cramped up on long hot days when I use Accelerade. The taste is somewhat... acquired, but it grew on me. I love this stuff. |

| Bought a couple cans via Bonktown. Imagine mixing vanilla whey protein with orange sports drink and you'll have a pretty good idea of the flavor and texture. I drank 8oz per 15 minutes on a long training run and started having stomach trouble about 1hr and 15mins in. This may get better if you use it consistently in training. Recovery was noticeably faster than usual; Enough that I'll see if my stomach will learn to tolerate the stuff. I don't think I'll ever get the smell out of my amphipod bottles. |

| I like this stuff. It's not to sugary and sweet and has a interesting creamy taste to it. It's a pretty pleasant taste in my opinion. It mixes reasonably well. Of course not as well as a highly soluble sugar substance but as long as you're thorough and shake for a bit it's worth it. The insolubility is because of the protein, which I'm willing to accept.
Good amount of energy from the combo of complex sugars, protein and caffeine. |

| I like the nutrition information on Accelerade, but it tastes absolutely awful. The Lemonade is like lemonade mixed with milk and soy milk (which is basically what it is). The Orange tastes like orange drink mixed with milk an soy milk. The addition of caffeine even gives it a hint of that bitter caffeine taste. For me, if I don't like the taste of something, I won't drink it, and that's a problem. If you want protein in your drink, go for Podium. Better yet, just get it from a food source. |

| I love this drink. Dissolve half the amount that is asked (that is - one scoop for 24oz bottle), both taste and performance are great. I found myself drinking more while biking and much less pain during and after the trip. |

| The power of this product is in the performance. I went on a challenging hike and though my feet complained a bit, my muscles performed and recovered great. I like the taste, its just too bad that it doesn't dissolve better - but I don't what else to expect from a protien beverage. I looked online before spending a bunch of money on the stuff so I wasn't completely suprised. It looks like a weird curdled mess in a nalgene and some of it sticks to the sides, a mess of which I haven't even tried to clean yet. |

| This stuff is great. I don't have to worry about bonking while out on the water, and the taste (orange) is great. A little sweet for me, but I just use a little less. Great for muscle recovery afterwards, too. |
