Beware!!! These are sized for munchkins. I normally wear pants size 42W, so I first ordered these cycling knickers in XXL. When they arrived I could barely pull them up over my hips. So, I re-ordered in XXXL and these barely feel any different than the XXL's. I'm still 3" away from being able to even snap them at the waist. And these are suppose to be XXXL? I'll be contacting backcountry for a return shipping mailer because after paying $6.00 to return the first pair, there is no way I'm spending another $6.00 (for a total of $12) to return pants that weren't true to size.
If you order these, I recommend ordering two sizes larger than normal.
Very nice, good quality knickers. Wore them for the first time on a six day tour of the Pacific Coast and didn't want to take them off. The fit is a little snug. I usually wear a medium shorts and bought the large because of the previous reviews and they fit perfectly. I'm 5'9", 170, 33/34 waist. I'm not crazy about the lliner, as it doesn't feel as snug as other typical cycling shorts but the pad was quality. I usually wear my regular cycling shorts as a liner instead of the one that came with the knickers.
