Stage diving is cool but the crowd surfing part can get pretty personal. The Volcom Women's Stage Dive Shorts have a 13-inch inseam and 17-inch leg openings that stand between your upper legs and strangers' paws. Low-profile pockets won't get in the way as you get passed down the concert hall, and a small logo on the back pocket shows your stone loyalty.
I was pretty geeked about these shorts; quality & fit were perfect. The problem was the options were: black, black combo, and cream. It's pretty obvious which one is cream, but in the "detail views" they never say which is black and which is black combo. One shorts is black w/ super thin white pinstripes & the other has this sort of plaid design on top of the black. I made the wrong assumption the black combo the plaid & the black was the pinstripes. Whoops to me! I would've been cool with simply exchanging, but then the pinstripes were out of my size. Sigh. So if you're buying: black = plaid...black combo = pinstripes. Also note, this hasn't been a problem with any other products...they're usually better at descriptions.
These shorts are cute and comfortable. I followed the advice from the reviews though and ordered a size larger than usual. Big mistake! They were huge and fell off of me. I would recommend getting your usual size and going from there. Overall though, great shorts!

These shorts are very cute. The size is way off, i bought a 9 and they are tiny. They fit a friend who is a size 3! If you can get the right size they are really nice shorts.
