When Volcom offered to make us a custom jacket, we weren't about to pussyfoot around. So we had Volcom make the Men's Gennerman Jacket out of the best shit around: 3-Layer Gore-Tex Soft Shell. This jacket is guaranteed to keep you dry and breathes like you wouldn't believe. Fully taped seams, a jacket-to-pant zip interface, and a detachable powder skirt further kick up pow-protection. We had Volcom add a fleece lining for warmth, an internal pocket for your tunes, and a RECCO reflector for safety at equipped resorts.

The jacket looks great and works even better, absolutely waterproof. I'm 5'8" and I have problems with the sleeves being too short on my medium sized jacket unlike with my Burton Ronin 3L or Burton Hybrid. It's still my favorite jacket.
Dogfunk and it's sister websites continue to impress. This Jacket is as stylish as it is functional. Well designed pockets, zippered pit vents and a hood that is comfortable with or without a helmet. The Powder Skirt, although not fully removable, can be snapped to the lining when not in use and even has silicone beading so it will not ride up. I am 6'1" 175 and a Medium is perfect for me.
We ordered this jacket first of all because it looked different and second of all, because not everyone will have it! The jacket looks great on! It is just a shell, which we knew, but some people might not. Great jacket if you want something that no one else has!
