It is a midweight jersey for chill or cold day. I love the color and clothing style. You can wear it casually or socially .. it looks good eithter with jeans/pants or shirts/t-shirts. I was surprised with the size. I got "small" size and exchanged for a medium size.

The slim fit looks groomed. Not like a sloppy baggie hoodie. You'll look sharp in this shirt. Its t-shirt material instead of the usuall sweatpant stuff. The rolled edges of the pockets and seams looks sweet. Overall a staple to have in your wardrobe rotation. Midweight not too heavy or light. I wish I could find some other hoodies built like this.

I like how Volcom tailors their clothing; this sweater fits absolutely perfect w/o shortcomings. The design is very low profile but that's not to say it looks boring. I like the reverse stitching that makes it look like you're wearing it inside-out. If this sweatshirt didn't have the Volcom label on the side pocket, anyone would mistaken it for an upscale designer brand- no exaggeration.
