The engineers built the binding interface into the ski body. What does that mean? Well, this ski has dual chambers that extend from tip to tail, and the sides of the binding sit directly on top of these chambers, so you get direct energy transfer on the slopes. A women’s-specific core lightens the weight and softens the flex (as compared to a men’s ski), and two sheets of titanium above and below the core reinforce the ski, add stability, and dampen vibration at high speeds.

I just got these Fuego's, and after skiing on powder for a few days on my K2 Tough Luv's (another GREAT ski!!), switched to the Fuego's at the end of the week for the more groomed terrain. I was absolutely screaming down the hill... I couldn't believe how wicked fast these skis are! I wouldn't consider them an all mountain ski because of the narrow waist, but man, they can turn and burn! Nice option when it's not the deep, fresh snow.
For those who want to reach their max potential in a short period of time this was the ski for me and my friends (3 women over 40). We all got the same ski thanks to Cindy Steputis (x- us ski team member, moguls). She felt we all would vastly improve so we bought the Fuegos. In only one season: one beginner is now skiing every blue she can find, 2 of us went from be basic intermediate on blues to solid blacks. All in one season. We even took videos to show the improvements from week to week. We all felt secure and it was easy to get onto our edges. I feel like I have more control of my carving because of the Fuegos, something I didnt feel in other skis. These ski's dig into the ice covered slopes and I never felt out of control. This pair has given me great confidence. I love them and wouldn't give them up for anything. I think I can say that for all of us! Wishing you fun on the slopes.
