| I recently went xc skiing with the jacket with a long underwear top underneath and got really hot- the temperature was round 30F. That being said, the jacket is extremely light.
Very light, excellent jacket for high activity in cold weather. |

| So far this winter, this is my go-to jacket for mountain biking and running. I've worn it in 50-degree drizzle and 38-degree sunshine. It does what it should - stopping the wind and keeping me dry.
Pros: Windproof, water resistant (haven't worn it in a full deluge yet), cheap
Cons: Runs a just a tad small. Fabric is loud and crinkly sounding when you're on the move. |

| Very light and windproof. Really does the trick when you're heading out and do not know what to expect in terms of cold/wind. Did not test in rain yet. Only reason it does not get a 5 star is that there is really nothing over the top about this jacket. It does what it claims to do very well, albeit at a pretty significant price. If you can find it on sale, its a really good buy. |
