These pants’ waterproof breathable fabric shields you from snow and lets your skin breathe when you charge into the powder or infiltrate the trees. The Xena II’s alpine cut lets you move freely without being loose. Insulation in the seat and knees protects you from getting chilled when you’re not in combat. A RECCO reflector might help search and rescue in the event of an avalanche.

Bottom Line: The Xena II Pants—a lot warmer than a leather dress.

These are very comfortable pants. Warm, but not bulky. Great pockets and vents. They fit well and were not too long for me, I'm about 5'5". I was able to make the waist fit perfectly by adjusting the velcro tabs. Definitely a good value for the money!
