Waterproof breathable Gore-Tex fabric and a soft fleece backing make The North Face Women's Citation Soft Shell Jacket super comfortable for on-and off-piste adventures. This technical shell's fleece backing is thicker in the back and thinner in the front and under the arms, so you'll stay warm without sacrificing your range of motion. Fully taped seams block moisture during winter storms, and the Citation Jacket's pitzips help dump heat once the sun comes out. The North Face added a powder skirt and an adjustable hood to help block snow invasions, and a RECCO reflector to help aid ski patrol in the event of a slide.

Returned this jacket after much thought. The fit was poor, especially in the front, too tight across even my moderate bust w/ minimum layers beneath. Nice fuzz at the throat/chin, but why weird blue? Nice zipper placement but again, why weird blue?? and whatever the zipper mechanics were, they were very tough to operate, would be nearly impossible w/ gloves.

This is a really sleek looking jacket. It is fitted, completely waterproof and the back is lined with soft furry fabric. The zipper trims are light bright blue coloured, and adds a nice contrast to the black colour of the jacket. I wore the jacket in Iceland, and it was both waterproof and windproof (however you still need to wear a fleece inside for cold weather). There are numerous pockets, but i would've liked the fit of the jacket to be less 'tight' where the hand pockets are, to allow storage of bulkier items like a walkie talkie. A fantastic looking jacket, and i got plenty of envious comments about it!
