The North Face uses fully seam-taped, waterproof breathable HyVent DT fabric to ensure total protection against a major downpour. The Venture Jacket also includes subtle-but-effective comfort features like a brushed chin guard that eliminates chafing and decreases “Are we there yet?” questions. *Not available for shipment to Canada.

I ordered the jacket based on the original picture showing the jacket as Blue with Black trim. The jacket is in fact all blue. The CSR said North Face pictures don't always match the article as the jackets are made in different factories and different colors may be used. My son wanted the multi color version, so I am undecided about returning it or seeing if he will settle for this one. It looks like the picture was at least updated ...

I bought this jacket, thought that they sent the wrong one had them send another one and it was still not what the picture shows. It is solid in color, not two tone. It does not have Velcro on the wrists, like the picture shows. I don't know what the deal as far as what is being shipped. Has anyone else had this issue? I ended up ordering the Resolve, as I thought for the the price it was a much better jacket.

Bought this for my nephew for his first long yosemite backpack trip. It is lightweight, kept him dry, and best of all, he liked wearing it.
