The fit is a little funny because of how short the torso of the coat is. Also not very warm on its own for Northern MN winters; good under layer though.

Great fabric, surprisingly warm and water resistant layer. It is, however very short despite fitting in the shoulders and arms well. I am a taller woman, 5'8", and it could definitely be a few inches longer for me.

This is great on its own in the spring and fall, when extra insulation isn't required. For the wintertime, I strongly suggest layering a fleece under it. I've never gotten wet in this coat, and it blocks your average wind.
