I have these same Time carbon MXE's, but the older model, they look slightly different. Wanted another set, so I ordered these in the same size 45, I am a 10.5 ~ 11, and these new ones are too loose. If I wear my merino socks and double up on the sole, they are ok, but I worry that they will break-in and stretch. Sending them back, I guess Time's shoes vary.
Thought it was a no-brainer since I had the same size/model, oh well, no 44's left now. Northwave, here I come.
