Shave a few seconds off your personal best when you slip into the Time Men’s RX Tri Carbon Cycling Shoe. Its lightweight carbon sole won’t weigh you down and its dual strap design makes your T1 and T2 transitions a breeze. The synthetic-mesh upper provides breathability while front and side vents increase ventilation. A thermoformed, removable insole supports and comforts your foot mile after mile.
Bottom Line: Fast entry, fast riding, fast exit—sounds like a winning combination to us.

Getting these one is not as easy as my other tri style cycling shoes, but these ofter a better fit. These have one strap and the top of the shoe has velcro under it as well. They are not as light as you would think a carbon sole shoe could be, but they are not means heavy. They would hard to get into if you had them snapped to your bike coming into your T1 and wanted to get them fit as you ride. Don't even try it with these.
These shoes work very well for triathlon, and they're also quite comfortable barefoot.
I would, however, suggest to be careful with sizing. I'm a size 42 on my Sidi cycling shoes, and I thought it would be the same with these shoes, but it would fit better if I had gone a size smaller. However, I think the Sidis are sized smaller than normal - the Time shoes aren't.
