Teko uses only recycled polyester and merino wool from really happy Tasmanian sheep to make the Teko Women's EcoMerino Low Sock. And these sheep have literally got your technical needs covered—merino transfers moisture away from your skin at the speed of a Tasmanian devil, all while preventing blisters and drying quickly. A unique double-cuff design and flat seams prevent chafing. Teko only uses non-toxic dyes, furthering our planet's environment for future generations of runners, sheep, and Tasmanian devils alike.
I run 3 or more miles a day. Previous to owning Teko, I ran in Under Armour. I would have to change socks after my run. Not any more! The dry quickly and are still comfy. The additional height at the rear of the ankle is a really great feature. These will be the socks I use on my backpacking/hikes this summer.
These socks are fantastic! They are incredibly efficient at wicking, and the flat toes seam is TRULY a flat seam. The most comfortable sock I have encountered. My feet love them! Not to mention TEKO's eco-friendly attitude. I have worn other styles by TEKO when hiking 14ers in Colorado, and now they are the only socks I wear. When it comes to intense activity, I want a product I know I can count on, and this is it. It is on the top of my stack when I am getting ready to head out the door. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!
I have purchased dozens of brands of socks over the years to run in and these definitely make the short list. They're extremely comfortable and hold up well when wet. I've run in them year round in a variety of weather conditions.
