Positivies: These are the warmest boots I have ever owned or worn. I can wear one pair of cotton socks with them and my feet stay warm. They have great traction on packed snow, and on ice. They are light and comfortable and easy to slid your foot into. They feel like you're walking on air...or in this case, on the moon. Neutrals: The boots aren't great at walking on slushy surfaces; they tend to be slippery, and I wouldn't recommend wearing them while driving, because they are wider than the average boot and can get caught between the gas and break pedals. Total score: I give these boots a 5, despite the few short-comings. They really are the cat's meow!

Well the first time we ordered the moon boots, we got the wrong color and style (and late for Christmas because of an email that went to my junk from the Order Anlysis dept.) When we finally received this wrong order, we called to rectify the situation and the guy (sounded young) was absolutely great, emailed us a new ship label and immediatley sent out the correct style and color of boots. However, though the style and color were right, the size ws wrong...one size bigger than what we had originally ordered. This time we were told we would have to pay to ship this pair back (Brie), which I don't mind doing but this makes my Christmas present more expensive at no fault of mine.
On a better note, I'd like to mention that I got a great email from Amy in regards to the first order not arriving at Xmas. She went the extra mile to tell us what her mom used to do when she didn't have one of her kids presents under the tree yet...it was way nice of her! At any rate, once we get the boots I'm sure we will have nothing but good to report!
I'm not sure from the last correspondence if you guys are waiting for the boots to return before you send the right ones out?...I haven't received any info stating you have shipped them out.
I have not yet shipped the ones on my end back, as I just received them last night from my daughter. She lives out of town and we do not see her regularly. So it's not too late to send me a ship label if you change your mind.
