No other city in the West keeps you as close to the greatest snow on earth than the SLC, and no other binding gets you moving quicker than the Technine SLC Snowboard Binding. The Classic Baltimore toe strap pulls you in and down, eliminating slip room and effectivizing ultimate board control, and toe and heel ramps (the toe ramps adjust) increase response and leverage, carving your turns quicker than you’ve ever carved before. Technine included a three-hole AND four-hole plate to fit any board you might be putting these smack-layers on. Some lateral flex in the highback provides a bit of forgiveness when you land wrong or almost catch an edge.
rollin T-9 for 6yrs + all the top of the line bindings they make are money! with proper care and adjusting, not too mention checkin the nuts, bolts, and screws, T-9's will last! i still role my first pair of MFM's!
Okay so I would like to start by saying i have not rode these bindings yet, but i do not plan on doing so either. I had a few major turn offs for these bindings. The baseplate is probably 75% hard plastic. These are very poorly padded. Also there is about a 1 inch gap between my boot and the side of the binding, they are very wide for some reason. The padding on the high back seems like it could be easily ripped off and the symbol on the back is already coming off. These are HEAVY! my sub pop was as light as a feather but with these bindings on it it weighs 10+ pounds. Ridiculous i know. They look good though, Technine does a good job at that as always. 2nd pair of Technines i was not pleased with i defiantly will never purchase their bindings again. A good suggestion is Flux bindings.
