Description of Swix Wheeled Boot Bag: |
Ski trip commandment #1: the most important thing to keep track of, besides your head, is your boots. Get the Swix Wheeled Boot Bag, put your boots in it, and handcuff it to your wrist. Everything else, you can rent, borrow, steal, or craft out of duct tape, but the custom-molded fit of your boots can never be replicated, even by a brand new pair. This Swix roller bag has a perfect little room made just for your boots, plus some space for accessories like gloves, goggles, a book and a water bottle. Use the retracting handle to roll it behind you, or throw it on your back with the dual backpack straps and sprint for your Air Alaska flight.
Bottom Line: The first rule of Swix Club is: don't lose your boots.

| Tight Fit 12-03-08 |
William J Sisti (8): |
| Like the other two reviewers getting to ski boots into this thing is a bit of a workout. My size 10 boots just barely fit. The wheels and backpack options work well. Lots of small to medium size pockets for storing misc stuff. Mesh side pocket is perfect for goggles. |

| Boot bag is not an accurate description 11-06-08 |
KatieMac (4): |
| I bought 2 bags before the previous review; one for me and one for my husband. My boots barely fit in the bag, and that was after 5 minutes of arranging them, so they would fit. I wear a 7, so if you wear any size above that, do not buy the bag. My husband's size 10 did not fit. |

| Nice bag, but.... 10-23-08 |
mikdes261640025 (4): |
| I just received my bag. I'm not sure what to say, really. This is a very nice bag, but I fear it's either for A) cross-country, tele, or snowboard boots, or B) kids boots. It's simply too small to make sense for alpine boots.
That said, I figured a way to "shoehorn" mine in to the bag, but it is anything but a natural fit. I'll keep it, though, as the wheels are nice and the backpack option is a good option.
Just be warned. If you have a decent sized foot (I'm 11-12), your boots will likely be too big to fit in the bag easily. |
