Description of Sugoi Hatha Hooded Sweatshirt - Women's:
Work out in style thanks to the Sugoi Women’s Hatha Hooded Sweatshirt. This fitted hoody represents fashion flair with a technical touch thanks to moisture-wicking material and a deep V-neck cut. Pull on the generous hood to fight the morning chill and stash your keys and ID in the front pouch pocket. Layer up when the temperatures really dip or let the V-neck dump excess heat on spring days. The spandex fabric moves with you while nylon helps pull moisture away from your skin so you won’t clam up halfway through your run.
I bought this shirt as a casual alternative to a hooded sweat shirt, but it is so much more. It's great for a chilly run, to throw on instead of a jacket, or it looks great with jeans or khakis for a casual day in the office. I LOVE it. I'm 5'3" 120 lbs, and the small fits great.
i really didnt like the fit of this--too tight in hip area, but super loose in the arms. like the other reviewer said, the material is as thin as the MH Butter tops so its only wearable over a cami. id be fine with the material if the fit wasnt so off...also, even on sale seems way over priced compared to comparable yoga/post workout jackets/hoodies.

A size chart good for layering, huge for day-to-day 08-17-09
The color (blue) is great, and the fabric is so soft it's almost not there at all. Complaint #1: If I wear an underwire bra with this shirt, the point of the bottom of the v-neck cut comes all the way down to the bottom of the bra. This is a layering / wear-with sports bra / around-the-house sweatshirt only. Thankfully I'm small-breasted (halfway between an A and a B) and thus the scandal is minimized, except for . . .
Complaint 2: The size chart is for a huge, loose fit if you're looking to wear this piece alone. I followed the chart exactly, with my measurements (31.5 waist, 36 band, 5'10"), and the large which was recommended to me has 4" of excess fabric at the waist and 3" of excess fabric at the upper arms. These are the measurements I took with no tugging of the fabric.
Maybe if I wore a wool sweater underneath or gained 10 lb, the shirt would fit as I'd hoped: not tight, but fitted nonetheless. Be warned!
The shirt itself is amazing-- the size chart is deathly.
