You can do much more than play tennis in the Sugoi Women's Stamina Skirt. With its FinoStretch under-short liner, this skirt is also ready for a run or a workout at the gym. But if you do decide to serve up a few aces, no problem. The Stamina Skirt features a side stretch mesh pocket that fits a tennis ball, or if you're out on a run, secures your iPod. From the court to the gym, this Sugoi skirt keeps you comfortable with its moisture-wicking and stretchy Helix fabric and elastic waistband.
Bottom Line: The Sugoi Stamina Skirt give you a fun, performance-driven option for running, working out, or working on your backhand.
I have seen women run in these types of skirt/shorts before and wasn't a huge fan. Then I got in a running rut-which for me means that a new piece of gear to run in is what I need. I got this skirt and LOVE it. It has a small mesh pocket on the right side-perfect for my ipod nano. The waist isn't as tight as I'd like to to be, but still comfortable (I have about an 8 waist, but 10 in the hips-so I got a large). It also makes me feel more girly when I'm dripping sweat and farmer blowing along the trail (gross, but true).
I love trail running in a skort. Fabric is comfy and didn't bunch. Light to medium weight; might be too warm for a day above 80 degrees. Bike shorts rather than underwear shorts (I prefer the latter for running). I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs and it fits well. Not as short as the GoLite skort. Like it enough to buy another one.
This is one of my favorite skirts to do any activity in: Hiking, Running, Walking, Biking. The fit is great in the waist and hip area. The inner short is not to tight, however they can sometimes ride up. The material is soft and can easily snag if you are hiking, yet the softness of the material can feel very luxurious and feminine.
