Description of Sessions Zoom Pant - Men's:
The Sessions Men's Zoom Pants weren't made for the green runs. Sessions wants you to take these baggy-fit pants into the steepest terrain and off the biggest hits. Burly 10K waterproofing and critically taped seams ward off wetness, and inner-leg vents give you some A/C if you start to burn up. Moisture-wicking mesh lining works with the super-breathable ActiveTech fabric to keep you comfortable. External waist adjusters get your sag dialed, and tons of pockets give you plenty of storage.

Bottom Line: The Sessions Zoom Pants—made to attack the mountain.

Great pair of pants. Cut is fairly baggy, order a size smaller than usual to get a good fit in the waist. Inseam is deceptively long (I'm 6'3" and a medium works fine for me). Microfleece in the critical areas is great, and there are plenty of pockets, including one with a hook for your keys so you don't lose them on the slopes. The leg vents work really well, the mesh keeps the snow out and lets out the heat. 10K/10000g pants for less than $100? Do yourself a favor and make them your next pair of pants.

These pants are honestly everything you could ever want in a pant. They are not super thick and warm nor super thin and cold. They are 10k for both breathing and waterproofing, and they show it also. I spend days lapping the parks at Park City, and they never get soaked through, great ventilation and they can take an abuse from damage, from jibs and rocks, and trees that pop out at you when riding. I recommend these for your 1 pair of pants for the entire year. I have 2 now since I was so impressed. Get your hands on some. Also, Sessions fits large and these pants are a baggier fit, size down if needed.

Excellent pant   01-23-08

The best compromise in a ski/board pant that I've seen, and I've worked in outdoor retail for many years. These pants beat the big names by a mile. The North Face, Burton, Columbia--they all cost the same or more, but for a 10k waterproof/10g breathable pant, I believe this pant is a much better value. Durability is good--I'm a skier, not a boarder, and the cuffs are tuff enough to ward off cuts from ski edges. Waterproofing is excellent--sitting on a wet Oregon chairlift for 15 minutes is the true test of a pant. Chugging hard up a ten degree slope for an hour in Randonee gear creates a bunch of heat, and the fabric's breathability along with the cool vents on the inside of the thighs get the heat out. Nice touch. The mesh lining is not too light or too heavy. I turned the pant inside out and the seams are nicely sewn. There is some quality construction here. No problems with any zippers so far. The "style" is cool, even for an old guy. My warning about the fit--go smaller than you normally would. I have a 34" waist, 30" inseam, took a chance and bought Small-they fit perfect. Pockets are nicely angled, fabric is tough, water-proof/breathable claims are true. Bottom lines is, these pants are excellent. I never heard of Sessions before cruising your site, but I will keep an eye their other offerings.
