Description of Spy Omega Goggles:
Spy's Omega Goggles combine stealthy lines with an oversized dual-pane lens to give you a panoramic view of your winter playground. The 100% UV-protected, polycarbonate dual-lenses are machine sealed to keep moisture out, and depressurized to riding altitude so they don't distort your vision on the mountain. Spy's Scoop ventilation system forces air inside, driving heat and moisture out to keep your goggles from fogging up. The Omega Goggles' flexible frame conforms to most face sizes, and features a moisture-wicking fleece lining to keep the connection dry.
Bottom Line: The last word on fog- and distortion-free vision.
these are great park goggles, they have an extremely wide view so you have great vision out of these. and they are very light weight. but i took them out of the park one day and ate it off a drop ended up breaking the lens and the top of the frame..
bottom line great for the park.. if you want an all mountain goggle go for the Spy ZED
they are physically bigger than the Zeds but feel lighter on the face (if that makes any sense) they give you a nice panoramic view. they dont have the metal inserts making them "weaker" but I'd still recommend them.
I got these on sale last year and used them in all conditions (bright light, dim light, real blizzards, fake snow-making). They held up to everything well, and would rarely fog up.
The only cons I found are in dim lighting, when colors and shadows are really hard to make out; night boarding with these is pretty perilous.
