With enough waterproofing to withstand any storm and underarm vents for temperature regulation, the Special Blend Men's Control Snowboard Jacket lets you call the shots on the mountain. Fully taped seams increase the waterproof protection by blocking out even the tiniest leaks. Articulated elbows make those double grabs feel more natural. The Control coat's powder skirt stops those fresh inches from shooting up your back. Zip the pow skirt off so you don't look like a dork when you rock this parka in the city. The Control Jacket is a touch longer than most Special Blend concoctions, which keeps you a few degrees warmer than your shivering buddies.

| Figured my bubble-jacket was too warm for the slopes so I bought this jacket in the purple color, and man, what a deal. 150 dollars for this ultra-high-tech-bigtime-user-friendly-überkewl-look-jacket is one helluwa steal. Great pockets and it's great to be able to zip of the powder-skirt. Completely water and wind-repellant.
Only thing I miss is a big simple pocket inside just to the left of the zip, but hey, you get used to putting your stuff on the outside.
Buy it. You won't get disappointed.
PS: Goes great with the Special Blend Empire Shell Pant. This coat in purple + empire shell pant in purple = love. |

| I got this jacket in the black/white/grape. Very cool. Nicely made. The only issue; the main zipper on the front of the jacket is hard to 'mate' due to the way it is stitched - I think this issue may be specific to just my jacket tho :( Other then that, sweet! |
