I love this jacket. It's wicked cute and has everything I need. The wrists have zippers so I can tuck my gloves in easily..I hate dealing with snaps or Velcro, the hood stays on really well, and it's pretty warm. I like the sweater lining and all of the pockets. The powder skirt isn't awesome but I usually have to rig these somehow on all of my coats to keep the snow out. I get tons of compliments at this hill for this jacket. I got it on a sweet deal but i probably would have paid full price for it cuz it's boss.
Got it as a Christmas present for my girlfriend, she loved it, said it was a good shell but really didn't have an insulation, but it's nothing a light underneath fleece couldn't fix.

I'll agree the hood is bad, BUT I don't wear a hood anyway so I took it off. I get compliments everywhere I go! This jacket is absolutely ADORABLE!!! SO EXCITED :)
